this is why I promised myself to LIVE IN TRUTH.
I left my home country at 17 and spent years building a life around society’s idea of success.
From the outside, everything looked strong and accomplished. Inside, I was stuck in cycles of perfectionism, overthinking, and eventual burnout – feeling increasingly disconnected from myself and the life I was creating.
Burnout, emotional overwhelm, and health challenges forced me to stop living on autopilot and confront a deeper truth: I had built a life that functioned – but not one that felt aligned.
So I made a decision to stop abandoning myself and start living with clarity, honesty, and intention.
LIVE IN TRUTH was born from that shift – and from the process of rebuilding emotional stability, clarity, and consistent action in my own life.
Today, I support women who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, and disconnected from themselves to develop emotional regulation, gain clarity, and build consistent, aligned action – so they can create a life that feels grounded, stable, and fully their own.

The modalities I use are not just standalone techniques – they are integrated into a structured coaching framework developed through training, lived experience, and applied mind-body work.
The Embodied Truth Method connects emotional and nervous system regulation with clarity and consistent, aligned action – because feeling calm alone does not create change if your life remains misaligned.
Through this process, you develop emotional stability, clear direction, and the ability to take consistent action – building confidence, self-trust, and a sense of grounded leadership in your life.
This work unfolds across five key stages:

I didn’t know exactly what to expect from EART to SKIN, but I let my intuition guide me. All I knew was: This is an experience you want to have.
So I arrived with openness and curiosity – and it turned out to be so much more than I could have ever imagined. It’s hard to put this experience into words…
