The Shift We Can’t Ignore

We’re witnessing an alerting trend. More and more women are struggling – not just with the usual “too much to do,” but with real physical, mental, and emotional symptoms .

What we call normal today – exhaustion, painful cycles, tension, insomnia – often comes hand in hand with feeling unfulfilled, stuck, anxious, or lostThe “keep going” mindset, built on linear and masculine systems, is taking a toll on women’s bodies, emotions, and sense of self.

I know this terrain personally. Years of chronic stress and suppression led to physical collapse – and eventually, major surgery. That experience became my awakening. It showed me what happens when we live disconnected from our natural rhythm, our emotions, and our feminine flow.

Now, my work exists to guide women back to a state of healthy fullness  helping them restore balance through embodied clarity, alignment, and inner direction.

Julie, thank you so much for such a nourishing yoga workshop on Saturday. I really appreciated the balance between movement and rest, and how thoughtfully you used everyday props to make the practice adaptable and inclusive.

Your voice was incredibly calming and your instructions were so clear and easy to follow. I was deeply relaxed by the time we reached savasana (almost asleep!), and the oracle card at the end felt perfectly timed and very resonant. I’m already looking forward to your next one.

I truly enjoyed Julieta’s well-being class. 

The session was designed to encourage reconnection with oneself, and it certainly delivered. Julietta was warm and supportive, guiding us through each movement with care. I appreciated how the breathing techniques were simple yet effective, making it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of their experience level. 

Each exercise felt soothing, allowing me to release tension and fully embrace the moment. I found myself more in tune with my body and mind by the end. 

Overall, the session was a beautiful reminder of the importance of taking time for ourselves. I left feeling rejuvenated and centered, and I cannot wait for the next class!
