This is where you build the daily practice – body, mind, energy. Yoga as a life, not a class.  Single sessions or a tailored month.

Feel the work

You want to feel the work. So did I. That’s why this door exists – for a single session in the modality your body needs this week, or a personalised monthly pass of eight sessions: two each week (one practice, one coaching), designed around your needs and life specifically.

Choose by what your body needs this week – movement, regulation, energy, or conversation. Each session – 75-minute.

Embodiment – £85

The way back to a body that’s been living in the head.

Includes yoga asana (vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, restorative), conscious movement, embodied flow, dance practice and more. 

Partner Embodiment – £120 (for two)

Two bodies, one practice. Couples, friends, mothers and daughters.

Partner yoga, partner movement, embodied connection practice – chosen for what the pair actually needs.

Somatics – £85

The body as sensor. Nervous-system work for the days that have been loud.

Includes breathwork (pranayama, conscious connected breath), guided meditation, body scan, yoga nidra, somatic-awareness practice and more. 

Energy – £90

Reiki work for what the body is holding underneath. Grounded, structured, intuitive never theatrical.

Coaching – £150

The held conversation for the decision, the knot, the moment that won’t move on its own.

Eight sessions a month. Two each week – one practice session and one coaching session – designed to land back-to-back, so each one fuels the other.

The cadence is the point. The practice session opens the body. The body shows what the week has been holding. Coaching gives that signal language, and the language gives your next decision shape. By Sunday, you haven’t just attended sessions – you’ve moved through one full cycle of Land · Listen · Live, every week.

03 · LiT RETREATS

Land · Listen · Live: Seven days the body remembers.

Seven days. Eight to twelve women. One held container.
The Embodied Truth Method – Land · Listen · Live – lived, every day, for a week.

Days 1–3 · Land. Slow yoga. Sound. The quiet that takes a full day to even register. The body decompresses before the mind catches up.

Days 4–5 · Listen. What surfaces when the noise is gone. What the body has been carrying. What’s ready to move. Cacao, temazcal, breathwork, the new moon.

Days 6–7 · Live. Embodied movement. A sunset circle. A fire ceremony to claim what’s next. A shared laughter to feel the joy. A closing circle that doesn’t end the week – it begins something.

You don’t leave with a tan. You leave with the most important relationship of your life rebuilt – body first, everything else after.

Three
questions every woman asks before she books.

How do I know which door is right for me?

That’s what the discovery call is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch. Most women come in with a guess and leave with a clearer one – sometimes the same, sometimes not. Practice if you want to feel the work first. Monthly Pass if you want the integrated experience in 30 days. 1:1 if you’re ready to rebuild from the body up. Retreats if you want the deepest, fastest version of the method. The point is the right door, not the sale.

How is this different from coaching or yoga I’ve already tried?

Most coaching lives in the head – strategy, mindset, goals, PDFs. Most yoga lives on the mat – postures, breath, an hour a week. They each give you a piece. None of them, on their own, change Monday. The Embodied Truth Method works in all four lanes at once – body, mind, energy, life – because self-abandonment lives in all four. If the previous work gave you clarity but not change, that’s why. Insight without integration is just smarter performance.

What if I commit and it isn’t working?

Tell me before week three of any container – Monthly Pass or 1:1. We’ll either change the design (which usually solves it) or I’ll refund what you haven’t used. The only thing I won’t do is keep you in a room that isn’t right. The wrong woman in the wrong door costs both of us, and you specifically more than me.
