The Embodied Truth Method

You read every book. Taken every course. And still tired by Monday.

You are not late. You are not broken. You are tired. Lost to yourself. Frustrated with a life you’ve succeeded in but don’t fully love.

Mindset gives you the vocabulary. Yoga gives you the hour. A retreat gives you the weekend. None of them give you back your week. This method does – because self-abandonment doesn’t live in any one of those rooms. It lives in the body that holds it, the mind that defends it, the energy that runs on it, and the calendar that rehearses it every day.

The work is integration – three steps, four threads, one arc.

Land · Listen · Live. Held in lineage. Backed by science. Built for a Tuesday.

Your life looks right and feels wrong.

On paper, it’s right. The calendar, the title, the partner, the house, the car, the friends. Then 2 AM arrives – and you cannot remember the last time you wanted something for yourself. We were taught to survive. We were never taught to truly live.

Fear-Comfort Conditioning is the script: performing success, calling it strength, calling the cage security. Wanting more because we’ve been taught to want it. Ambition praised. Simplicity judged.

The “what’s wrong with me?” question keeps getting louder. The answer doesn’t. Self-abandonment isn’t loud – it happens one decision at a time and looks like this:

  • The jaw clenched before 6 AM
  • The yoga class you keep missing for the third week
  • The 47-minute scroll that started “for two minutes”
  • The decision you’ve been postponing for three months
  • The dinner where you nodded but heard nothing
  • The “I’m great, busy as always” you say to anyone who asks
  • The “is this it?” you whispered in the shower
  • The Tuesday that ended in tears for no reason you could name

“Three months in, I was looking for a new job, planning the move I’d been postponing, back on the mat. None of it was Julie’s idea. It was mine – finally heard.”

I see you, because I was you. I am just further along the same path.

Sixteen years in London. Twelve in corporate HR. I learned to win on paper. I never learned to hear my own body. The crash that rearranged my spine taught me that – and named what had been quietly running the show: self-abandonment, dressed in success.

I trained – yoga, holistic wellness, mind-body coaching, Reiki – and built the Embodied Truth Method because the wellness industry was not made for the wholeness I needed. I refused to outsource my time and energy to segments of modern wellbeing. I brought these capabilities in-house. I got my freedom back.

This method was built for me. Now shared with you. For a Tuesday. For real life. Not a spa weekend once a quarter.

The Embodied Truth Method

Three steps. One method. The Monday that finally arrives.

01 · LAND

Return to the body. Sense before story. Nervous system, breath, the floor under your feet. The first move is back to the body – always.

02 · LISTEN

What the body is saying. When the day quiets, the signal sharpens. We learn to read it without translating it through performance.

03 · LIVE

Move it into the calendar. Yoga off the mat. The body’s yes shaping Monday morning, the inbox, the relationships, the work.

The cost of “I’m fine.”

Another five years of “I’m fine.” Another year that didn’t start. Another Monday that never arrived. Another “yes” you didn’t mean. The slow, daily self-abandonment – until the woman in her 50s looks at her life and realises no one was home for it. The one life you had, performed. Not lived. The rebuild deferred to a decade you no longer have.

The life you love, not vacate from.

A body you live in, not one you operate. A nervous system that lets you be in hard conversations without leaving yourself. A bank account that meets your worth. A version of happiness that isn’t a goal – it’s the weather. The Tuesday you said no without explaining. The morning your jaw isn’t clenched. The yes that came from your chest, not your calendar. The woman who was always there. Finally in the room.

The Embodied Truth Method

Three doors. One method. Walk through the one that fits your week.

01 · LiT PRACTICE

Body, mind, and energy work. Single sessions or a tailored monthly pass – designed for the week you’re actually having .Yoga as a life, not a class.

02 · 1:1 LiT COACHING

90 days, 12 sessions. Body, mind, energy, life – woven through every conversation and practice.
Held, not self-managed.

03 · LiT RETREATS

Seven days. 8–12 women. Mexico · Costa Rica · Portugal.
A held immersion, not a wellness vacation
.

From the women already in the room.

Yoga-led, integrated coaching, in their words.

PRACTICE DOOR

“I have never experienced instruction quite like hers. Julie shapes the room so everyone is challenged at their level – and meets you exactly where you arrive that week. The class holds you, even when you’re tired.”

Faye Marie Lovelady

Expedition Guide/Lecturer, UK

1:1 COACHING DOOR

“I learned to recognise the body’s signals before my autopilot kicked in. I started saying small but important truths to my partner – things I couldn’t say before. I didn’t just understand the patterns. I felt them. That’s what let me change them.”

Maya Czarnecka

Makeup Artist, Beauty Therapist, UK

RETREATS DOOR

“I arrived with curiosity. I left more connected – to myself, to the group, to the land. Playful like a child, fully present, joy. I would do it again tomorrow.”

Jessica Hientz

Insurance and Finance Consultant, Germany
