What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It supports you in moving from where you are now to where you want to be – with clarity, structure and embodied integration. Therapy often focuses on processing the past and clinical diagnosis. In my work, we explore your present patterns and design practical shifts that support regulated nervous system states, aligned action and sustainable change – not deep psychological processing.

I don’t even know what’s wrong – can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Many women I work with start from a place of feeling confused, disconnected or stuck in cycles of overthinking or burnout. We begin with the body – regulating the nervous system – and from that grounded state, clarity, direction and coherence emerge. You don’t need all the answers; you just need curiosity and willingness to show up.

What kind of results can I expect?

Everyone’s journey is unique, but most women experience:
• Calmer nervous system and more ease in daily life
• Clearer decision-making and aligned direction
• Stronger self-trust and inner confidence
• Disciplined action instead of reactive patterns
• Greater presence, grounded embodiment and expressive freedom

How do I know you’re the right coach for me?

Your body knows. I invite you to book a short consultation call to feel into the energy, the method and how I hold space. There’s no pressure – if it doesn’t feel aligned, we’ll honour that and help you find something that does. Transformation begins with connection and safety.

What’s needed to start coaching?

A few simple things:
• Curiosity about your inner world and what’s possible
• Willingness to examine patterns with honesty
• Commitment to take aligned action and build discipline
You don’t have to be “ready,” perfect or fixed –  you just need a real intention to change your life from the inside out.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?

Yes – most packages have payment plans available, and I also reserve a few sliding scale spots each season for women in financial transition. If you feel drawn to this work but are unsure about investment, reach out and we can explore what’s possible.

Do you offer one-off sessions or do I need to commit long-term?

You can begin with a single session if you’re seeking insight on something specific. If you’re ready for deeper transformation, the structured containers (like the 4-week Reset or 12-week Embodied Truth) offer accountability, integration and measurable progress over time. We’ll choose the right format together.

I’m not flexible or experienced in yoga can I still join?

Yes. Yoga here is not about performance, achievement or flexibility. It’s about embodiment, nervous system regulation and presence. You meet your body where it is – with support, care and invitation to feel safe in movement.

What if I feel self-conscious or worried I won’t keep up with yoga class?

Many people feel this at first. My approach to movement is grounding, intuitive and non-competitive. You’re invited to honour your rhythm, rest when needed and move in ways that feel supportive. This is a space for presence, not performance.

What can I expect to gain from yoga?

Beyond physical movement, yoga supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of inner calm and clarity. With regular practice, many students experience improved flexibility and strength, better sleep, reduced stress, and a stronger connection to themselves. It becomes less about “doing yoga” and more about feeling grounded, present, and at home in your body.

Through guided reflection, grounding practices, and mind–body awareness, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner clarity and direction.

Earth to Skin – Costa Rica

A Journey of Connection, Movement & Sensory Ritual

This immersive afternoon weaves together gentle partner yoga, creative expression and a unique full-body blue clay ritual using 100% organic, hand-sourced blue clay from the Costa Rican rainforest. Through guided movement and shared exploration, we create space for trust, emotional connection and embodied awareness in a safe, welcoming environment. No previous yoga experience is needed and you don’t need to come with a partner – all bodies and backgrounds are warmly welcome.
