I’m Julie – a former over-achiever who spent years doing everything “right,” until burnout and disconnection forced me to rethink how I was living.

I built the life I was supposed to want. I left my home country at seventeen and created success in London the conventional way – corporate career, property, independence, stability, family. From the outside, I looked capable and accomplished. Inside, I was exhausted and quietly lost.

I pushed through anxiety and called it ambition. I people-pleased and called it kindness. I stayed busy so I wouldn’t have to feel what was misaligned beneath the surface.

Until my health intervened.

Burnout, chronic stress and major surgery forced the stillness I had avoided for years. Alone with my thoughts and discomfort, I realised that without emotional stability and connection to my body, nothing else could truly hold.

So I made a decision: to stop abandoning myself and start living with clarity, honesty, and intention.

As I began to regulate my nervous system, my mind became clearer. With clarity came better decisions.
With better decisions came real change.

Through this process, I learned that insight alone does not create transformation. Lasting change happens when emotional regulation, clarity, and consistent action are integrated.

From that lived experience – alongside continued study and practice – The Embodied Truth Method was developed.

This method gave me structure where there had been chaos, stability where there had been overwhelm, and direction where there had been confusion. It allowed me to move from overthinking and disconnection into clarity, consistency, and grounded self-leadership.

Today, this is the work I guide women through.

I support women who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, and disconnected from themselves to develop emotional regulation, gain clarity, and build consistent, aligned action – so they can create a life that feels stable, intentional, and fully their own.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

For years, I followed a path that looked like success – yet I was always drawn to supporting others.

Through dance, working in a nursery school, leading training and capability programs in corporate environments, and naturally guiding friends and family, I consistently found myself helping people gain clarity, understand themselves, and move forward.

But it wasn’t until burnout and health challenges forced me to stop overriding my body that everything became clear.

When you are constantly operating between external expectations and internal pressure, it becomes difficult to recognise what you actually need – and what is simply habit or conditioning.

I do this work because I understand what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, lose clarity, and disconnect from yourself – and what it takes to rebuild stability, direction, and self-trust.

I also know that real change doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from learning how to regulate your emotions, think clearly, and take consistent action.

That is what this work is about. Supporting you to move out of overwhelm and overthinking, and into clarity, stability, and self-leadership –  so you can live in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and fully your own.
