I was tired of being smarter. I wanted to fall in love with my actual life.

-Julie

How this method was born.

I outperformed in every part of my life. The success I performed to the outer world was airtight. Underneath, I was quietly crashing.

Then I crashed loudly. At rock bottom, the body became everything – because if I wanted to live, it was the only place left to go.

I took healing the way I’d taken work: seriously, structured, like my life depended on it. Because it did. I studied holistic wellness and certified as a coach. I trained as a yoga teacher. Then mind-body practice. Then energy work and Reiki.

Each modality taught me something. None of them taught me the whole. What no certificate handed me – what I had to find on the floor of my own life – was that the integration was the work. Insight without integration is just smarter performance.

The Embodied Truth Method is what I built when I stopped performing and started weaving.

How four threads become one method.

Most integrative work stacks. Forty minutes of yoga, then twenty of coaching, then a closing meditation – three good sessions in sequence. You’re left to weave them on your own time. Most of the time, you don’t.

I don’t stack. I weave.

Inside every session, all four threads – body, mind, energy, life – are in play. The body opens (Land), the body’s signal becomes language (Listen), and the language begins to shape what changes in your calendar (Live). The methodology is consistent from session one. The depth is the work – and the work takes the arc, not the hour.

Anatomy of a session.

Land · Listen · Live

Every 1:1 session unfolds in four movements. The structure stays consistent. The content is built for what you arrive with that day. Four threads. Woven, not stacked.

body

Yoga, breath, somatic, safety. The embodied entry point. The thread that taught me to be in the body I had been operating from a distance – and now teaches you the same.

mind

Coaching, mindset, awareness. The cognitive thread. The structured noticing that lets you see the script before you run it.

Energy

Reiki, polyvagal, nervous-system regulation. The subtle thread. Energy work named as a practitioner discipline, not a vibe.

life

Lifestyle, ritual, choices, money, relationships. The practical thread, built from experience and life. I don’t teach what I’ve read only. I teach what I’ve lived.

The science it rests on.

Three frameworks anchor the method outside of my own practice.

Polyvagal theory (Stephen Porges).

The science of the autonomic nervous system as the foundation of regulation, connection, and self-trust. This is the body’s operating system.  Land works directly with it.

Body-budget science (Lisa Feldman Barrett, How Emotions Are Made ).

The contemporary research showing that emotion is constructed from physical inputs – sleep, sugar, breath, posture. The bridge between somatic work and coaching.  Listen rests on it.

Yoga’s eight limbs (Patanjali).

A 2,500-year framework for how a human being lives well – body, breath, mind, ethics. The lineage that holds Live  in a tradition older than coaching itself.

What it isn’t.

Not therapy.

Therapy is deep healing work, often focused on processing the past. this work is present and forward-focused. If therapy is what you need, please go .

Not Somatic Experiencing alone.

SE focuses on trauma processing. I extend body-led work into pattern integration across the whole life – body, mind, energy, calendar.

Not yoga therapy.

Yoga therapy uses the body as the primary tool. I use the body as the entry point – then weave coaching, energy work, and lifestyle integration through.

.

Not a coaching framework alone.

Most coaching frameworks are cognitive. I start in the body, because self-abandonment lives in the body before it lives in the mind.

Not a wellness lifestyle.

Wellness is what you do when you have the time. This method is what makes the time available.

Not a workout.

Modern fitness reduced yoga to the postures and sold them as cardio. Here, asana is part of a holistic approach to physical health: functional movement, resilience, the strength that holds beyond the mat.

From self-abandonment to self-abundance.

Land returns you. Listen reveals you. Live integrates you.

The method is the integration of yoga as a way of living, coaching as conscious mind, energy as the body’s intelligence, life as the ground all of it walks on – woven by one practitioner trained across all four lanes. Me. Built for the one relationship every other relationship stands on. The one with yourself.

There is no graduation – there is a way of being in your week that did not exist before, and now does.

I’ll walk it with you, every step.

If your body’s already said yes – let’s meet.

Enjoy
