F.A.Q. Answered Honestly.

How do I know which door is right for me?

That’s what the discovery call is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch. Most people come in with a guess and leave with a clearer one—sometimes the same, sometimes not. Practice if you want to feel the work first. Monthly Pass if you want the integrated experience in 30 days. 1:1 if you’re ready to rebuild from the body up. Retreats if you want the deepest, fastest version of the method. The point is the right door. If you are unsure, please reach out to me directly and we’ll connect for a discovery call.

How is this different from yoga and coaching I’ve already tried?

Every practitioner carries their own energy. So do I. What doesn’t take effort is seeing yours—mirroring back what needs to be seen, so you can walk your own path with confidence. Because that’s the point: self-leadership of your own life.

My nature is curiosity, range, and the ability to connect what’s disconnected—to see the gaps and bring them into coherence.

Inside the 1:1 container is everything you might currently be outsourcing to different places—a yoga studio, an online course, a spa weekend. Practice and coaching land in the same week instead: one session opens the body, the other gives what it surfaced somewhere to go, rather than two separate journeys you’re left to stitch together on your own. And none of it is one-size-fits-all—the plan is designed around your specific needs, wants, and desires, reviewed regularly, evolving with your progress.

If the work you’ve already done gave you clarity but not change, that’s why. This container is built for your body, mind, and energy, anchored into your actual lifestyle. Held, not self-managed. Built for your actual life—and available to you alone.

What if I commit and it isn’t working?

Tell me before week three of any container—Monthly Pass or 1:1. We’ll either change the design (which usually solves it) or I’ll refund what you haven’t used. The only thing I won’t do is keep you in a room that isn’t right. You in the wrong door costs both of us, and you specifically more than me.

Is this therapy, or something else?

No—this is coaching, not therapy, though it works with the same nervous system therapy does.  Therapy typically works backward, into what happened. This method works forward, into what you do with your body, your breath, and your choices now. If you’re in active mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, that’s a different room, and I’ll tell you so directly rather than let you self-abandon into the wrong one.

How do I know if I need yoga and coaching?

If everything looks right and you still feel empty, that’s the signal—not a mood. You can’t sleep, or you sleep and wake up already tired. Your mind won’t switch off—it’s still running the meeting, the group chat, the argument, at 2 AM. Change makes you flinch, even change you say you want. You get triggered by things too small to warrant it—a tone, a delay, a look—and a temper that used to be patience. None of that is a character flaw. It the work you’ve been delaying.

Do I need yoga experience to work with you?

No. This isn’t about flexibility or a perfect Warrior II. It’s about coming back into a body you’ve been operating from a distance—you can start that at any level, on any day, in whatever body showed up.

Is your yoga-led coaching only for women?

No—this work is genderless. It’s for anyone ready for deeper peace, fulfillment, personal growth and a life they’re actually living, not surviving.

Will I be pushed to share more than I’m ready to?

No. What you share is always your choice. In Practice and on retreats, connection happens in the room whether you speak or not—nothing here runs on forced vulnerability. You’re held either way; interruption only ever meets what you actually bring, not what someone else decides you should.

Is this religious, or spiritual in a way I need to sign up for?

No belief system required. I’m a spiritual modern woman, not a spiritual leader—practice is daily and unremarkable: breath, sit, walk, listen. Spirituality is a doorway here, not the destination, and you don’t need to adopt mine to do the work.

How long until I see results?

How long did it take to build the habits, the disregulation, the looping you’re in now?Years, probably—quietly, one “I’m fine” at a time. Change doesn’t run on that clock. It isn’t a matter of time. It’s a decision, and a commitment—and how well you keep both is what actually determines your timeline, not the calendar. The structure just holds that decision long enough to become real: 90 days in 1:1, a season in Practice, the immersive week of a retreat. Not a lifetime commitment. Not a quick fix either.

Is what I share with you confidential?

Yes. What you say on a discovery call, in a session, or in 1:1 work stays between us.The one exception: if I believe there’s a risk of harm—to you or to someone else—I’m obligated to break that confidentiality. Outside of that, it stays private. If you’re ever unsure what that means in practice, ask directly—I’d rather answer it than have you wonder.
